TMZ has obtained a copy of Lindsay Lohan's probation report, which is glowing -- as Judge Sautner said.

In sharp contrast to the judge's comments this morning, the report says, "The defendant is doing really well, she is making changes, and is trying to become more disciplined in her actions."

The report says Lindsay attends therapy every Tuesday. The judge clearly doubted that in court today, noting that Lindsay spent weeks overseas. The judge made it

clear ... in the November 2 hearing, she is going to ask the Probation Dept. to prove Lindsay really did attend every therapy session ... and if the Probation Dept. is

fibbing, get ready for an explosion.

The report says, "The therapist believes that the defendant has been developing tools to help discipline herself and she is really proud of her

accomplishments."

Lindsay Lohan doesn't belong in jail full of felons, judge says [Updated]
October 19, 2011 | 11:17 am

L.A. County Superior Court Judge Stephanie Sautner said that throwing Linsday Lohan in jail for violating her parole is not a good option because of the growing number of felons being housed there.

Under a controversial new law, prisoners who commit nonviolent and non-sex-related crimes, such as low-level drug offenders or thieves, will be kept in county jails instead of going to state facilities.
The change is a result of budget pressures and a U.S. Supreme Court ruling that required the state to lower its prison population by 30,000 inmates due to overcrowding.

"The jails are going to be filled with felons," she said.

A city prosecutor said the actress should be jailed, but Sautner said Lohan was entitled to a probation violation hearing.

Sautner set a Nov. 2 hearing to decide whether Lohan warrants another return to jail, where she has been sent four previous times only to be released early due to jail overcrowding.

"If jail meant something in the state of California now, maybe I'd put her in jail," Sautner said.

it really does sound like she doesn't want to send her to jail hope this is the case as imo jail won't help her at all

Thing is, in most regular cases the judge won't care if jail helps or not, the point is that she did wrong and will be punished. Lindsay has been let off pretty light with the house-arrest, community service, rehab and still she isn't complying. I don't think jail will knock any kind of sense into her either but how much longer can the courts give exception to her issues with substances? I don't think she's going to jail, at least not for any substantial amount of time but why shouldn't she? She doesn't seem to care about the consequences. Luckily for her the California law system is an absolute joke.

the system is a joke and one of the reasons is because they sentence people to jail for trivial issues causing overcrowding

wherever Lindsay goes and whatever she does, if she doesn't comply with rules and structure, that's a personal character flaw that also affects her professionally. i think it would benefit her to recognize it, own it, and get help with it.

no, judge questioned that comment, said she didn't do the lion's share of the requirements at the woman's center and got thrown out. judge S. was really mad as hell to be honest. what happened? probation is revoked and she has an upcoming hearing. not fine.

in Virginia, when judges and city/state prosecutors make media statements about in-process and pending cases, they are censured by the state supreme court and given judiciary warnings by the attorney general. california legal system needs to go to jail, lol. *shaking my head*

Have I missed something, I thought she wasn't in violation. So that's a bit harsh to call for her to be in prison for nothing.

The whole thing has become surreal. Whether or not she is partially to blame, being in the court system for a misdemeanor committed in 2007 is insane.
The system is making it impossible for her to get on with her life and career. 360 hours of community service? Thats being forced to do unpaid labor. Why not just allow her to make a financial donation to the women's shelter?
Clearly, the system has it in for her. They keep calling her a bad person, and she may be starting to believe it herself.
Enough is enough. She has been more than thoroughly punished, what with all her huge legal fees, damage to her career and reputation, etc.
Why don't they just let this young woman alone?
People commit murder and get out after 24-36 months in jail by plea bargaining. Yet, Lindsay, who has harmed no one but herself when you come right down to it, is still being dragged through the legal system over 4 years after the alleged offense.

Any sense that Lindsay knew what she(Dina) was doing about the book?

I understand that she knew there was a book
but
It was convey to her that it just about Dina
not about her
...
Lindsay has sense what's going on
She's just didn't want to talk about it

It's sad cause she can't stop them
What's she gonna do

Lindsay Lohan didn't want to be a stiff during her first day at the morgue ...so she went in and washed soiled linens, scrubbed toilets and seemed to enjoy her time with the other volunteers ... sources tell TMZ.

We're told LiLo said she felt "terrible" about showing up late and being such a distraction on Thursday, so she went to bed early to avoid a repeat performance.

Lindsay, we're told, didn't act like a spoiled brat. Like so many of her friends, she got down on her hands and knees .... and cleaned floors. She even socialized with some of the other volunteers.

As for the whole burger and cupcake thing ... Lindsay told friends she wasn't trying to bribe anyone ... but the gesture was just another way to show the staff how sorry she was for being late the day before.

source - tmz

They truly believe that "Lindsay is spoiled brat" ?????????

yup they even scream it out loud on a (yesterday)show..like 3 times

oh boy

FYI- LL is an ADD - clean up her bathroom/toilet for whole day at her house
