they seem to ....pretty sure that LL in this rehab
hmm this time is different

Given recent events, I would not be sure at all- this sounds like another "vacation getaway" rehab. I hope she does well and gets better, but she will need to really prove it this time....any "reports" about how great she is doing, etc. should be met with extreme skepticism until she shows us otherwise.

Lindsay Lohan’s younger sister Ali looks like she’s really enjoying all the attention from the paparazzi. She took her golf cart for another spin around the neighborhood, and flashed the peace sign for the waiting photographers.
Seeing Ali flash the peace sign while behind the wheel has Lindsay written all over it. Let’s hope that’s all she’s learned.

Someone really needs to teach that girl that being photographed all the time isn't a good thing, I saw a video of that and she just enjoys it way too much.
I'm not negative, how can I be negative when there isn't anything positive?

I don't see why that's a bad thing at this point, she's not really singularly famous. Besides, nobody in that crazy family is going to teach her how to act around paparazzo.

She wants to become famous (doesn't mean she will be famous), she wants the attention, that's the main problem. You should learn from the mistakes your older sister makes, doesn't look like she does.

No. Photographers thought Lindsay was in NY so they're camped outside the house being annoying and taking pictures of Ali prancing around for no reason.

That family is so strange. Dina is 40 and acts like she's still my age, Ali is 13 and dresses/cakes make up on like she's 20. What a weird environment to grow up in.

This is TOTALY Dina's fault, I can't believe she didn't make clear to both kids that Lohans situation is very vulnerable at this point... but she keeps splashing in a swimming pool and letting kids play around with paparazo. I don't mind to lock them all inside a house cause they are kids, but at least try to be more reserved, ... whatever... don't blame on Ali, Dina is THE WORST MOM EVER!!!!!!!

:/ excuse me but do you have any idea what is going on in their family?
i dont think so. and if lindsay would read this, i dont think it would make her any happier.
dina is a single mom who had to rears her children alone.
i think she was there for them almost all the time.
people have no idea what they are doing or what they are going through.
i dont get why ppl have to judge them.
to have an opinion on things is okay but this is not the point here and it is not what you wrote.
i dont want to fuss on that but it is just pissing me off.

hey did someone of you see the videos on www.splash-video.com ? where they pick Cody up from soccer training? aww he is such a cutie...

Even if i agree with you all about it being Dina's fault, i somehow cant help but to feel sorry for her.
Theyre all pretty messed up and i think the whole family needs a fresh start.
I hope it goes well for Linds in rehab!!!! She needs to slow down but she should still go to parties and have fun!

if she really in rehab

I believe this is part of her 'legal move' again

she have to fight dui case for her career ,jail not an option
and again people gonna ask why she plead not guilty or whatever

so rehab is her greatest ally right now

Ok, let me clear this up really simply: The kids act how they do because they are frightened. Lindsay seems to have this overwhelming sense of dread that perhaps going back and seeing what's made her who she is might be a bad thing. It's not at all. I don't mean in the respect of the pain and family heartache, she did that with COABH but the good stuff. Friendship and all. I've lost people close to me, too numerous to count in fact when I was 13. Let's see, hmm well I lost two of the people who raised me since birth and then the only kid out of all the white guys my brothers knew who got out of town and hustled his way to make ends meet taking on like 3 jobs and getting five bucks every so often to drag me back to my dad when I was on the verge of getting trouble. Then I lost one of my own childhood friends my own age to toxic shock after he was given the wrong medication for cancer and his stomach went kablooey. Granted, I wasn't in hollywood at the time and I was home but that said, where was there for me to go? Sam Kinison and a couple of other people just like my relatives watching over me died in car crashes and [censored]. It's not like I can say oh ok, well lets watch a movie on cable. No! I flip over to the news and whomever was JUST IN the movie I was watching on cable was being talked about having died in some freak accident that night. So I got into politics. Then all of a sudden people close to the president, Princess Di and JFK jr. start to die one right after another within the span of Clinton's second term? I look at rap and Eazy E, Tupac and Biggie all died. You tell me that's not enough for a kid hyped up on entertainment to about go nuts. I watch Wrestling and Bret Hart quits after being screwed over when Vince is cleared of the initial steroid scandal? So much [censored] was going on and NOW people say they hate what others are doing to me? When they actually have to SEE it? What about 10 friggin YEARS ago when these dudes were hobnobbing with Tom Cruise in Telluride, Colorado? [censored] YOU ASSHOLES! :sly: I've BEEN there and I've come THROUGH it. If I can do it and I didn't even HAVE Lindsay's financial luxuries than BY FAR it shouldn't be a problem for ANY of young hollywood to do something with THEIR lives. :angel2: I don't wanna say anything to nobody considering whose helped me where or that I've helped out but I can tell you that there are SOME churches that were broken away from that I wouldn't move to one of THEIR three or four states The Insider listed on a BET! :taped: Those are the same ones having night tremors and cold sweats *ABOUT* Young Hollywood beating what I have and then some. It's not "financially responsible" for someone to consider. In effect, it takes out of the pockets of terrorists and their soccer mama cohorts who got pissed at junior when I was in high school for keeping her flying monkeys off my back. Didja know that in the Phillipines a MILF is a terrorist?
All y'all down with cheech and chong say it with us now: AW HELL NAW! *DOUBLE SFII UPPERCUT TO THE FOOLS WITHOUT A COUNTRY*

1. I have the most important ideas of what's going on in her family, we all do.
- They have a sick daughter (alcahol and drugs) with 2 DUI's an multiple tries to rehab (all failed)
- They have a divorce trial, and consecuense of that a fight for 2 kids custody
- They have a paparazzo plague around their lifes.
- They have an ambitious father (ex convicted)
... All this at the same time. am I forgetting something????

2. All of us write here to express what we feel or what we think, not necesary to make Lindsay happy. I want to keep it real.

3. I don't mean Dina didn't try to make her best as a mother whith no help or well structured family. But fame and power distract her from her main porpouse... or maybe she just couldn't handle it.

4. I don't want to judge kids, I don't want to judge Lindsay because she is sick, I don't even want to take time judging Michael cause he wants attention, so nobody should to pay attention to him. I judge Dina because after all this years and all the experiences with Lindsay, she didn't make it clear to kids. They enjoy tasting fame, it's natural, but NOW they have to AVOID it.

5. Finally I judge her cause Lindsay counts on her and trust her. Seems to be the only person she can rely on.

Yeah, I donno because I ain't a chick and don't have a say in how they approach one another but if there's a catfight happening, lemme know so I can pop open a cold one and run on over there! :w00t:

You up there askin what I'm sayin that's shorter than all that? That IS the short version all considered of what I could go into. You're askin for LOTR and then some when I say there's a long-winded version. It's something for people who pride themselves on education to think about. I'll let them have at ya if we need to press things further. That's between the both of you.

What is Lindsay doing today? It's the minute-by-minute account from a fellow patient at the Cirque Lodge rehab in Utah.
"The Insider" has an exclusive account of LINDSAY LOHAN's rehab stay and hour-to-hour schedule from a fellow patient who just completed treatment at the Cirque Lodge in Utah.

JANE P., who left the center on Tuesday, says she believes Lindsay checked into the center last Thursday night -- and that her arrival and stay has been disruptive to other men and women in the program.

At the exclusive Cirque Lodge, Lindsay is currently amongst twelve patients -- six men and six women. In order to maintain privacy for the 21-year-old star, Jane tells "The Insider" that all of the patients' phone calls are now being closely monitored -- and that their use of the computer has been suspended. She also says Lindsay has been wearing large sunglasses and isn't looking anything like the glamour girl we all see on the red carpet. Per Jane, following is a typical day for residents at the center:

LINDSAY'S DAILY SCHEDULE, PER JANE P. IS:

6 A.M. Wake up call

6:30 A.M. River hike, followed by a brief meditation

8:00 A.M. Breakfast is served

8:30 A.M. Free time -- like other residents, Lindsay is assigned cleaning duties -- including cleaning her room and her toilet.

9:00 A.M. Community meeting to discuss what will go on that day.

10:00 A.M. Speaker meeting

12:00 P.M. Lunch is served

1:00 P.M. - 4:00 P.M. Process group/workshops/experiential time -- where patients participate in any of the following activities including horseback riding or gardening -- which Lindsay did on Tuesday. Spa treatments like massages and pedicures are also available from estheticians-in-training.

5:30 P.M. Dinner time

6:30 P.M. Assignment group/recovery work

8:00 P.M. 12-Step meeting (on or off-site)

9:30 P.M. Closing meeting -- assessment of the day

10:00 P.M. - 11:00 P.M. Free time

11:00 P.M. Lights out

Jane tells "The Insider" that Sunday is visitor's day. Those who don't participate in the group meetings and activities and work the program can lose privileges. Luxury snacks include pretzels, beef jerky, Gatorade and cereal bars.

"The Insider" is bringing you behind the gates of the posh rehab facility where LINDSAY LOHAN is currently receiving treatment.

We're talking to a woman who was Lindsay's fellow patient at the Cirque Lodge in Utah until only days ago. Our VICTORIA RECANO interviewed the woman we'll only refer to as JANE P.

Jane says that when Lindsay arrived, "She waved at me and said hello."

According to Jane, Lindsay was constantly escorted around the facility, and Jane says that people were resentful of that because they felt that she was getting preferential treatment, saying, "That much kowtowing to is very unnerving."

On top of that, Jane says of Lindsay, "She's not allowed to talk to people."

Jane tells us that there are two areas of the facility -- the lodge and the studio. She tells us the lodge is more intimate, exclusive and expensive (costing up to $65,000 per month for a private room), and only houses about 14 patients, while the studio has about 28 people living there. Jane tells us Lindsay is currently staying in the lodge but Jane believes she would like to be transferred to the studio because there are more of her peers there.

She also tells us that Lindsay will be able to receive visitors for the first time this Sunday, but that anyone whom she has partied with will not be allowed to visit.

Jane empathizes with the young starlet, saying, "I feel for her because she's very young and for a 21-year-old to look at the rest of their life and not be able to party and have fun is going to be very difficult."

ET has an exclusive account of LINDSAY LOHAN's rehab stay from a fellow patient who just completed treatment at the Cirque Lodge in Utah.

JANE P., who left the center on Tuesday, says she believes Lindsay checked into the center last Thursday night -- and that her arrival and stay has been disruptive to other men and women in the program.

"Rumors [that she would be coming into the rehab facility] started after she had been arrested again," says Jane, "but it was never confirmed until she came, at which point we were given a complete rundown of things we could not do or say due to the confidentiality at the time we are staying there."

"Before I left, she had not attended any group meetings, other than the AA meeting, and she was supposedly given a private room," Jane adds when asked if Lindsay was given special treatment at the facility. "She's not being required to attend [meetings] like the other residents are ... she is being escorted around privately, so to me that is special treatment."

When asked how the star's presence affected the environment at the facility, Jane says, "Things became more tense amongst the staff ... a lot of havoc was going on ... so things changed."

Jane adds that Lindsay's appearance at the facility started to make the other people staying there "uncomfortable." "Most of the young people were excited about having her come so that they could help her," she says. "It's very important for people to work together, and you see that people of your own age, your own peers are going through the same thing, however that was not the case [with Lindsay]. ... [After that first] meeting, when she toured the facility on Sunday, she hasn't been seen."
