Tarantino: Li-Lo is terrific actorTarantino: Li-Lo is terrific actor

Quentin Tarantino has revealed he's a huge fan of Lindsay Lohan, sparking rumours he might want her in one of his films.

The Inglourious Basterds director - whose filmmaker pal Robert Rodriguez has been working with Li-Lo on the movie Machete - said he has always admired the starlet's acting chops, reports the Daily Star.

"I have always loved Lindsay - she is a terrific, terrific actor," he said.

Tarantino - who has worked with A-listers like Brad Pitt and Uma Thurman - went on: "I think the work she did in Freaky Friday was just top notch acting."

I think thats pretty much truth. He has said that in the past, and without any apparently reason he wrote a line about her in 'Death Proof', so there you go. It would be cool if he gave the lead role in 'Faster [censored]cat Kill Kill' to her.

Too bad Freaky Friday was ages ago. I guess if that gets her a job with QT, then all the better.

Tim Gunn on LL

Quote

Gunn also declared his respect for Lindsay Lohan, who recently appeared as a guest judge on the current season of Project Runway.

“I was surprised and pleased by how extremely knowledgeable about fashion and articulate Lindsay Lohan was,” he said. “She’s very young and can be portrayed in ways that aren’t all together flattering, and she was a true statesperson and really weighed in on the designers and what they were doing exceptionally well. And it was really a thrill to have her.”

Chance Crawford

We’ve heard you’ve been getting some fruity texts from Lindsay Lohan. Is that true?<br itxtvisited="1">
It’s funny, I’ve had that question a few times in Europe. I’m not sure where that came from because we’ve been friends and known each other as acquaintances for years and there’s
definitely nothing romantic. I’m friends with Samantha [Ronson] and she’s lovely. I wouldn’t do anything to disrespect her or Lindsay I think they’re phenomenal.

Alan Ball(True Blood) on LL

Quote

True Blood creator Alan Ball has claimed that Lindsay Lohan was the inspiration for one of the characters on his show.

According to Sci Fi Wire, Evan Rachel Wood's Vampire Queen of Louisiana is based on the Mean Girls actress.

Discussing the introduction of the Vampire King of Mississippi, Ball said: "He's older. He's much more mature. He's much more methodical and grounded.

"[Vampire Queen is] kind of crazy. To me, she's kind of like Paris Hilton/Lindsay Lohan, where she has a very short attention span and she's very, very egomaniacal and very self-obsessed and doesn't really think about her actions, whereas the Vampire King is very much an adult.

first time director on LL

Quote

I know this was years ago, but can you tell me a little bit about replacing Lindsay Lohan with Bryce Dallas Howard?

Lindsay was never originally cast. We offered the role to Bryce, so the press actually got it wrong. We offered the role to Bryce and at the time she was pregnant and it was a private matter, but she was not able to work. So other actresses started coming to us because we thought we had to shoot at a certain time. I think Lindsay is a very bright, beautiful, just incredibly talented actress who’s fallen into a path that I think is not healthy for her and has been misguided in many ways. We met and I thought there were a lot of things that were Fisher Willow-esque about her. Somebody leaked it that she was doing it and so then, I interviewed other actresses and we postponed our start dates so much that finally Bryce’s agent got back in touch with me

Rachel on working with Lindsay Lohan in Mean Girls:

Quote

“I just remember marveling about how much she knew as an actor, how much she understood. She did very few takes and had this naturalness to her. And beyond that, I was 26 at the time. I’d be asked, ‘Where do you go out?’

That was nice of her. Linds get your career back so you can snatch these one dimensional wigs off.

Jersey shore cast on LL

Quote

Meeting Lindsay Lohan wasn't so exciting. "She was just chillin' in her own little zone, you know what I mean?" Vinny said. "I feel like Kevin Connolly and Leonardo DiCaprio were more interested in talking to us. Lindsay was just, you know, another day in the neighborhood for her."

Pauly D told cameras that LiLo is "hot." And it looks like she's a fan of the deejay with the seriously gelled do, too...
She posted a photo of him and her friend on her Twitter.
Don't feel bad for Mike "The Situation"...he got some love on Lindsay's Twitter, too.
Also partying inside Voyeur were Leo DiCaprio.

Ps. Jersey Shore is new MTV reality show(I 've never heard of em before)

I have a hard time thinking of the cast of Jersey Shore as "celebs", but I guess if its a reality show at least the people on the show are pubic and known. Jersey Shore is very controversial, lots of beeps on the show, fights, arguments, but even more than most reality shows. I struggled through a few minutes of two episodes, I just found the people on the show vile and the show very uninteresting but I'm truly not a reality type of show type.

Jessica Alba denies husband kissed pal Lindsay Lohan

Jessica Alba has rubbished claims that her marriage is in trouble after hubby Cash Warren was reportedly spotted ‘kissing’ Lindsay Lohan.

Jessica Alba on the cover of Cosmopolitan Jessica Alba on the cover of Cosmopolitan

The Fantastic Four actress was adamant the rumours were untrue and insisted she and 23-year-old Lohan were friends.

‘Lindsay’s had to deal with this for so long,’ said Alba, 28.

‘When people wrote lies about me before I had [my daughter] Honor, I’d get upset or I’d get nauseous or I’d get angry or I’d want revenge. Now, it’s like, it’s just so ridiculous and it’s not even close to being the truth.’

The trio are so close that Lohan and Cash may work together soon. ‘My husband may do a TV show with Lindsay – ironically, about the ridiculousness of tabloids,’ she tells the March issue of Cosmopolitan, out tomorrow.
