What is XVID? Most of the files on lindsay media are for XVID, i have windows media player and hardly any files play on that. I've downloaded something called xvid then downloaded one of the media's for xvid and nothing happened. How do i watch files? Would u be able to change them so it works for WMP? if that makes sense? thanks xxxxxxxxxxxx |

They'll work on WMP after you install xvid. Did you do that or just downloaded it? |

did you tried the Divx Player? On my desktop I have that problem too. It's so a mess with those codec packs.

Try VLC player: http://www.videolan.org/vlc/ It should work on win98 and pretty much every other platform out there. (mac, linux, bsd, etc) It should play any file on lm.net, including XVIDS of course. It's a very nice player. |
