I've been on here less than an hour - still acclimating, but very impressed so far!

BTW - small world! I use to live in Danville IL, about 25 min. from Champaign-Urbana! You're about an hour from there?

Vine Grove KY, near Fort Knox, about 30 miles from Louisville.

I used to go to the stock car races in Danville every weekend when I lived there - not like there was much else to do, more than being a big racing fan lol.gif

For a rookie?!? To be 23 y/o and racing "with the big boys" she darn near won at Indy this past year ... the first time I honestly watched an entire race start to finish on T.V. Being a former Illinoisian, and her being a young, female, underdog so to speak, I was intrigued to say the least.

Actually, I consider myself still fairly new, and still learning, to web design. The first site I built was about guess who?? Actually, I had bought the domain freshdames last year but I built the subdomain for Lohan a good 2 months before I ever put content on the main domain ... hard to resist!

If you're going to learn web, I figured I may as well enjoy myself in the process.

The site has come a long way - check it out and let me know what you think when time permits. It's gone from getting a few visitors a day to over 6K a day now ... not where I want it to be, but getting there. I still have some "lessons learned" to apply to the site and subs, but I'm learning on the fly and forging ahead, slowly but surely.

Man - didn't I mention earlier about getting myself off topic??

Anyway ... I look forward to being an active member in your wonderful community here - I've already linked another forum to it. Feel free to add it to heres1.com too if you'd like - no recip required.
