This two girls are following me and they're like: I wonder if she's got that California tan, I wonder if it's real or spray on. And Garry Marshall was like, I have to add a line about it because you're so orange.

Lohan Makes Dazzling Debut.
Shanks and DioGaurdi team up for another Encore.
OK, sure, Lindsay Lohan had masterminds co-producing her album (Shanks, Jackson, DioGaurdi and Motolla), but that didn't stop the 18-year old star from diving into the production! "I want it to be something I can relate to," says Lindsay of her music.
Now here's the review!
1. "First" a gritty tale of a girlfriend who feels under-appreciated. I really like this song because the melody is great, and it was something I could rock out to. (and believe me, I rocked out to this song!) another hit for Lohan, no doubt.
2."Nobody 'Til You" a Classic love song. I wonder, how old do you have to be to understand that your love is real? It's a very touching song.
3."Symptoms of You" Theme for the love sick; another great love song.
4. the title track "Speak"- Wow, another club jam! Amazing, the beat was great, and the lyrics are fantastic!
5."Over"- Gosh, this song probably touched me the most, it could be about so many different things in Lindsay's life that it's hard to pinpoint exactly what it centers around. I advise you NOT to listen to this if you're emotional!
6."Something I Never Had." Basically, the way I feel about Over is the same way I feel regarding this song. very touching.
7. "Anything But Me."- An Anthem for those who believe in staying true to themselves no matter what lies ahead, Lohan's eighties influence is eminent and apparent on this track; which makes it an appeasing (and even pleasing) listen.
8. "Disconnected"- Raw, filled with emotion, this track tells the story of a soul detached from all feeling, numb to the world. This song also struck a chord with me.
9/10. "To Know Your Name; Very Last Moment in Time" the first one tells about someone's desperate need for privacy in a relationship, a great number. the Second one is a tale of one enamored by love. they're both amazing tracks and I really enjoyed them.
11. The Debut Single (And Smash hit) "Rumors" This track was "rumored" (pun slightly intended) to a be rejected Britney Spears track. Well, it ended up in the hands of Lohan and her production team, and it became a hit. (Thank you Cory Rooney!)
Overall rating: (on a scale of 5) 5. (It's Lindsay, I'm biased! tongue2.gif )

The album is fantastic and shows another side to the already talented Lindsay. There's nothing wrong with having a pop at the very people who have often made her life so difficult and she gets her message across so well.
