The twosome allegedly chain-smoked last night inside Crown Bar with no reprimand from management, according to an eyewitness.Maybe it's got something to do with Sam's VIP status—she normally deejays at Crown on Wednesdays, though she wasn't working last night.The duo arrived at the West Hollywood hang around 11:30 p.m. After Sam fetched their drinks, they stayed in the same booth the entire night, where they were joined by Lance Bass.

Sam wasn't the only one not feeling the beats. Even when the deejay on duty spun Lindsay's new single "Bossy," L.L. hardly seemed to notice. Neither girl danced, instead choosing to play on their BlackBerrys."They didn't kiss or hold hands, but they sat very close together," an eyewitness tells E! News. "At one point, Lindsay laid her head on Sam's shoulder. You could tell they are very close."

The girls left the club around 2:20 a.m. through the back door, managing to avoid most of the paparazzi hoping for a snapshot. Seems like it was a low-key night for all involved.
