There was a downtime of approximate 3 hours around 13.30 (GMT+1) due to a hardware failure at the datacenter where our server is located. The main router has failed and the secondary router didn't takeover/route all the traffics. This has result in that most servers located in the datacenter were not reachable. Engineers of the datacenter has replaced the failed hardware and are now still working on it, so you may expect some downtime.

[UPDATE 13:36] Engineers of the datacenter are on-site, they are experiencing hardware problems with the primary router. The backup router did not take over, they will investigate this later. They are currently swapping the hardware of the primary router.

[UPDATE 15:30]
They are still seeing unexplainable high CPU load.
A software upgrade will be carried out in the next 15 minutes to ensure the problems are not caused by the current version.
The routers will reload once.

[UPDATE 16:00]
The software update did not resolve the problems.
They will swap the supervisor of the primary router again, this time with a brand new one.
