this entire 'story' is garbage,as the city of Malibu has gotten rid of most of the corporate sponsored beach party houses way back in Aug/Sep of 2007,including the Polaroid beach house where LL has had parties in past years. the city passed ordinances last year,banning these party houses,after loads of complaints and a class-action lawsuit by homeowners in the affected neighborhoods. you can read the whole story on the LA times website,so obviously these 'fox noise' boneheads don't do their homework. i hate 'fox noise' like i despise that webdevil,perezhole. fox noise+perezhole=FAIL.

But Just Jared reported (on Jul 4th), that Lindsay & Sam were at Disney the day after her birthday, Thursday, July 3.
