Brett Ratner (Rush Hour) has been working on a Hugh Hefner biopic, with Leonardo DiCaprio currently rumored to star as the legendary publisher. E! Online got the chance to speak to Ratner to see if he would give up any casting information. The only name that he went on to mention, was Lindsay Lohan, saying that he might consider working with her.

"She's very talented... if she's sober," said Ratner in response to a question on whether Lohan could hack it. "She would be great as a Playboy Bunny."

Producer Brian Grazer optioned Hefner's life rights several years ago. His "8 Mile" scribe Scott Silver tried it as a musical, and Oliver Stone developed several drafts. Making a film of Hefner's long life as icon of the sexual revolution has proven difficult, but Ratner and writer John Hoffman found a way to do it that pleased Grazer and the 81-year-old Hefner, who approved the take in a meeting at the Playboy Mansion.

If the paycheck is good why wouldn't she do it? I mean it's still an American movie so we won't be seeing full nudity probably.

She's 21, I would call that a typical Playboy age. Being in a movie about Playboy doesn't mean she will be in Playboy.

I highly doubt that. If a movie studio pays her a salary of 7.5 million right now I would declare them insane. She really isn't worth 7.5 million right now.

Not really, when her paycheck raise to 7.5 million back in JML, her paycheck will be the same in other movies.

In your dreams maybe, she can only ask that much for a movie when her name draws crowds. Right now it doesn't because she screwed up. Salaries don't only go up, they can go down.

She hasn't done nudity in a movie yet, I imagine she had the opportunity in Bobby and IKWKM but she didn't do it. That would tend to mean she probably doesn't want to be a porn star. So relax Greg, it's not going to happen anytime soon.
