I don't have a spam filter or a spam folder, but I'm still not recieving the activation email necessary to download from the website. Can someone help or give me advice? I've waited for it, resent it, and tried registering a new name. No luck.

just checked, email was sent just like it should. (gets filtered as spam but arrives nonetheless)
please ensure you are getting the email address correct, mailbox is not full and that it's not filtered by any spam filter, client side or provider side.

Sorry for being a further pain in the butt, but... I turned off my spam filter, resent the email, and waited 24 hours... still nothing (but a lot spam, LoL) Any other suggestions? Make sure the email was sent to lindsaypenn@comcast.net. I'm pretty sure it was, but thats the only mistake i can think of that was made from my end. It may be some sort of coding problem. I read elsewhere that other people were having problems. But I really want those vids so I dont want to give up!!

The email address was right. I deleted the account ... redo it.

Maybe there's something wrong. I don't know.

Well, I tried everything all over again and still nothing. If there's any other way I can get a username let me know. I'm going to try another email account.

Dear LLC,

I have tried on numerous occasions this spring and even today to download from Lindsay Media but no luck.

Now I've looked but it doesn't say there that you have to be able to log in to download. Nevertheless, I've tried to get registered many times, but I never get a confirmation email. I've tried several email accounts, but no luck. The site keeps saying it's sending me an email, but nothing arrives.

I tried today. No confirmation email. I just checked my spam folder - not there.

Can you tell me 1), if you have to log in to download. If not, what could I possibly be doing wrong. (I have a download manager on my browser. I usually have no trouble downloading from anywhere else on the net.)

2), If you do have to log in to download, can you send me a confirmation email, or confirm through here. I sure would appreciate it.

I am not sure the same answer that was given in the previous post applies, bit I have sent in a copy of this post to support@lindsaymedia.net.

PS As you probably know, I get that address support@lindsaymedia.net no longer works as I just now got the email back.

Mike, you do in fact need to register to download files off of LindsayMedia.net I tried creating another username and pass to test the system and it does appear to be down. I will let the administrators know, and hopefully the issue will be corrected shortly. In the mean time, you can try using your login info from this site as we do try and sync the databases.

I just tried to log in now w/my info from this site, but it didn't work. It asked for the Activation info ("To activate your account, use the info provided by the registration email to fill out this form"). So again I tried to have the email resent but it didn't recognize my email.

So I tried reregistering, but it said someone was using already using my user name, so I put in a different one, and then it said it would send me the registering email. But have not rec'd it.

So back to square one. I appreciate your efforts to get this fixed. Cheers.

I also have been trying to register to the site and haven't received the confirmation email. I tried resending it to my email addrress and everything. I'm positive I put the right info in and my mailbox is completely empty so I'm not sure. I made my username the same as it is on this site. Any help would be appreciated!

Everything seems to be ok, have you checked the spambox? What is the domain of your email? Please ensure you allow lindsaymedia.net to send you mails.
